Processing Times

Each item is made with intention and printed just for you.
Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships.

During peak seasons or special launches, processing may extend by 1–3 extra business days.
Thank you for your patience as we create something meaningful for you.


Shipping Times & Rates

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–5 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout for full transparency.


Order Tracking

Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your kindness from our hands to yours.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to begin showing movement.


Shipping Delays

We work hard to ensure smooth deliveries, but delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs.
If your package is taking longer than expected, know that we are here to help however we can.


Address Accuracy

Kindness finds its way best with accurate details.
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If something needs correcting, contact us right away at shop@unconditionalkindness.com
Once an order is processed, we may not be able to update the address.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We hope your kindness arrives safely, but in rare cases when a package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please reach out to the shipping carrier first.
If you need help navigating a claim, we’re happy to support you in the process.


International Duties & Taxes

For our global kindness community: some countries may require customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your home country.
